Covid has demonstrated how connected everything is—across borders, sectors, and disciplines. Similarly, the SDGs are not defined by silos and are, by design, not the responsibility solely of government. The kind of innovation we need for the SDGs will happen mostly at the intersection of different perspectives. Business schools have an opportunity to reach beyond business and convene across sectors and disciplines, as well as across industries and borders. It is vitally important for business schools to lead the way forward. We must think beyond our own institutions and develop collaborative solutions and more robust and resilient systems. By connecting business schools to business, government and civil society we are making a difference now.
Updating your profile by including a profile picture, CV, research interests, previous experiences, etc. will help you make meaningful connections with other GBSN members.
How to: Once you have logged in , select “My Profile” on the top left "Quicklinks" Menu. Scroll down the profile page and select the edit button on the left. To change your profile picture, hover over my profile at the top of the page and select “Change Profile Picture.”
With our new member portal you have the ability to directly connect with other members in the network. Browse the directory of members and add people you have worked with on past projects or hope to work with in the future. How to: Hover over “Connection” at the top of your profile page and select browse directory. You can use the advanced search function or simply scroll through the list of members and select “add as connection” to connect with other members.
If you are a GBSN ambassador, you have the ability to edit your school profile. Updating school information will help us connect your school with more opportunities. You also have the ability to add new contacts and remove old contacts from your institution’s profile to improve your school's involvement in the network. How to: On your profile page hover over “My Profile” at the top of the page and select “Your Organization”. Scroll down and select edit on the right side to update your school's information. To update school contacts, in “Your Organization” click “individual profiles” and select unlink next to the contact to remove it, or select create linked profile at the top to add a contact. |
